Perspective on the Landscape: Sprehe
Taylor Sprehe: I see the landscape in the image from a multitude of perspectives. This particular image screams nature, habitat and the presence of an infinite number of systems therein. One may look at this image and say that it is void of significant life presence. I strongly disagree. As I said before, the natural and systematic perspectives are obvious and well represented. The market value of this land probably isn't the first perspective taken, however there could be large oil reserves under the land that would then make the dollar value of the land sky rocket. However, this is not how I view this landscape. More than any other perspective, I see the history to this land. Because I have no idea where this photo was taken, or even if it is an unaltered image or not, this land could have taken on any historical significance. Anything that has ever occurred in the world, could have occurred on this landscape. I find that to be a very freeing thought.
