Jim Payne's The Beholding Eye Perceptions

It seems that I am looking at the image of McAndrew Stadium from the landscape as the nature perspective. In the foreground, we can see the obvious imprints of man’s mark on nature; the stadium, cars, various other buildings. But from viewing this image, it seems that man’s dwellings are placed intermittently throughout the trees and pieces of nature, which seem to dominate the landscape. The lack of people and dominance of green color almost make it feel like nature is taking back the land that man took away from it.
